Format:
Your image should be in one of the following image formats: .jpeg, .png or .pdf. It can be orientated in either portrait or landscape format. The aspect ratio (width:height) of your image is up to you. We will only adjust the size of your image to the maximum size that will fit un-cropped, onto a sheet of A3 (420 mm x 297 mm).
Quality:
Check for unwanted shadows and /or crop out unwanted items at the edges of your photographs and whether the image is “sharp” when you zoom in. This is particularly important if you used a telephoto lens / zoomed in on the subject, or used a long exposure / the “nighttime” setting on your phone.
We'll use the following with your photo for the exhibition:
Short title
A word or a few words that describe the subject or evoke the emotion of the image.
Description
Please provide a short description of the subject matter of your photograph. What is it a picture of, Where and When was it taken? For example: Celebration of Guy Faulks Night on Cartmel Fell, Community ‘Bonfire night’. Or "portrait of grandad asleep". or "a scene showing a wedding at St. Anthony’s Church, & <names> getting married in early June."
